From the first design meeting to the final press, you aren't just buying gear—you’re part of the craft. We view you as a collaborator, inviting you into the process from the initial sketch to the final build. By combining our handcrafted, house-made wood cores with premium, industry-standard materials and your specific vision for flex, shape, and graphics, we can create a one-of-a-kind ride tailored for you.

Amedeo Zurbriggen
Born and raised in the Italian-Swiss Alps, Amedeo’s life has always been shaped by the mountains, creativity, and a drive for precision. His professional background is rooted in aeronautical engineering, automated machinery, and high-end metallurgy.
After moving to Cleveland, he became a certified ski and snowboard instructor, further deepening his connection to the slopes. Today, Amedeo translates his technical expertise and lifelong passion for snowsports and craftsmanship into Zeta Custom—a project dedicated to building high-performance, handcrafted skis and snowboards tailored to the individual rider.
